I have been able to connect it to my WI-Fi network but I can’t seem to connect to the Infinity server. The touch screen shows a wi-fi icon with a hazard symbol. If screen is blank we have lost power to the thermostat. Check breaker to indoor unit. Next, check near the indoor unit for a float switch in drain and if you have one lift it to see if we get power to thermostat. If that drain gets partially clogged the float will kill power to so it does not keep making water and ruin ceiling carpet or floor.I've learned it's better to ask first.
