So claymore is good I use claymore in every souls game it's a bit of a problem lol BUT I am not a huge fan of the claymore in demons, it's a little slow and I don't particularly like the move set because of lack of reach though it's very good regardless, if you're used to the quick swipes of the longsword it will take some adjusting, But whichever one you think is cooler is the one to use I consider it a good strength weapon, i used it for most of my playthrough and was quite good, but in the late game i changed it for the Meat Cleaver and in NG+ i used the northen regalia but that said the claymore is good for most of the areas so for me it is a good weapon.The Claymore is a Large Sword in Demon's Souls. But if u go left, the smasher is behind some destrucibles. To get +5 u need 1 pure Greystone and a buncha chunks and shards.
