Natera themselves emailed me and said because I have a high deductible plan I would owe $2500 out of pocket if I billed to my insurance, if I self paid instead I would only owe $250. Again knowing my deductible was met I opted to bill my insurance, my final bill from Natera came in 2 months later for $65.
