So 30-40 Vit, 15-20 End, min Str/Skl for the weapons you want to use and then pump Arc. 50 Arc is ok, 70 is hitting a lot of Arc softcaps but 99 is where it's at - some tools scale better in those last 20 points. Cruel Fate as your starting build. Executioner gloves (20 arc), cursed brew (30 Arc), and black sky eye (16 Arc) are also really good. Early weapons like the saw spear can be converted to an arcane weapon using elemental gems so it will scale with arcane instead of skill or strength. I use 9kv8xiyi for radials and p3umyztu for triangles, layer 1 boss. At 50 strength though, you’ll get more damage using 1 or 2 (depends on the weapon) Heavy Abyssals in your radial slots.
