Honig began as a small garage winery in 1964 and today has became a successful family business. The Honig Family are leaders on sustainability both in the vineyards and in the winery. A lot of the electricity used in the winemaking process is derived from solar energy. One of their many sustainable farming practices along with the use of bees. Honig has always supported important causes in our community, with a focus on K-12 education. Our donations are limited to auction items, and WE DO NOT donate cases of wine or sponsor wine for events. We receive hundreds of donation requests each year, and will respond to each request, even if we are not able to donate.
